Isn’t there something just so timeless about a chapel wedding? Samantha and Josh’s romantic Eberley Brooks wedding was a dream. They said their ‘I-do’s’ in the lovely chapel on the Ebelery Brooks property followed by a gorgeous reception full of elegant details and lots of love.
Samantha and her mom are very, very close. Her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, so instead of a father-daughter dance they opted for a mother-daughter dance. It was a beautiful moment with not a dry eye in the room. Creating your own wedding traditions, like a mother-daughter dance, is a great way to personalize your wedding day and make old traditions your own!
Samantha and Josh make a great couple because they are vastly different from one another – Samantha is more introverted and Josh is extroverted. Because of this, Josh comes off as such a protector of Samantha. It’s beautiful being able to see this side of their relationship through the intimate moments in their wedding photos.
Immediately after everyone exited the ceremony, Samantha, Josh, and their bridal party were all in a room while the guests exited the chapel. I remember Josh immediately burst into tears. He was so overwhelmed with all the love and support in the room for him and Samantha. He kept hugging everyone and saying just how happy he was. It was a special moment to witness!
Samantha and Josh’s reception was nothing short of amazing. Josh’s family friend made the chocolate covered strawberries for their desserts, and I am HERE for it. What a bomb dessert idea! Aside from the amazing cake and gorgeous florals, the smiles kept coming as Samantha’s sisters rapped their toasts to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song. It was awesome!
I truly loved capturing this romantic Eberley Brooks Wedding!
